I noticed in some hotels, they are stingy about giving extra toilet paper, or shampoo, but the house maids are great in this hotel.
It is a great pleasure to read that you spend great time at IC Hotels Santai Family Resort and you was satisfied with our service quality. We are realy pleased we choose this hotel. It is technically winter here so in January all the outside pools and water park are drained and not in use, but the inside pool and turkish baths are open and more than compensated for it.
